Personal Property Renditions:

• Prepare, sign, and file all personal property renditions/returns in a timely manner with the appropriate taxing authorities.
• Analyze each asset to determine correct taxable value based upon state tax law.
• Ensure you are paying taxes on assets that are legally taxable.
• Complete analysis and audit of county records.

Property Tax Portfolio Management:

• Provide tax estimates for accrual and budgeting purposes.
• Obtain, audit, approve and forward tax bills to client. Seek and secure corrected tax bills where we find inaccuracies.
• Prepare client tax estimates and reporting for budget purposes
• A final tax savings report using actual tax rates and identifying savings.
• A target value and appeal status report. We can customize reports to your specific needs and deliver in excel, word, pdf format if need be.
